Last updated: October 20, 2026

These terms of use govern access to and use of actuarus.com. They do not cover use of the actuarus.io transaction platform, which has its own terms of service and terms of use, accepted separately at sign-up.

Purpose

actuarus.com is an informational marketing website: it presents ACTUARUS, its secure transaction infrastructure, pricing, and referral program, and directs visitors to the actuarus.io platform. No transactional functionality, payment processing, or account creation takes place on actuarus.com.

Access to the site

The site is freely accessible to any user with internet access. All costs required to access the site (hardware, internet connection, etc.) are the user's responsibility. ACTUARUS makes reasonable efforts to keep the site continuously available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access, particularly during maintenance or events beyond its control.

Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos, text, illustrations, and more generally all elements making up actuarus.com are the exclusive property of ACTUARUS or its partners, and protected as such. Any unauthorized reproduction or use, even partial, engages the liability of its author.

Liability and limitations

ACTUARUS strives to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the site, without guaranteeing it is free of errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. ACTUARUS cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from access to, use of, or inability to access the site, except in the case of proven fault on its part.

External links

These links are provided for the user's convenience; ACTUARUS exercises no control over the content of these sites and disclaims any liability regarding them. Use of the actuarus.io platform is governed by its own terms, separate from these terms of use.
